Tofu stirred with mushrooms and vegetables

  • mushrooms (shitake, white ..): 75 g
  • Tofu in bar: 150 g
  • Carrot: 1
  • Leek: 1
  • Salt, olive oil and pepper: to taste
  • Thyme: 1 Tablespoon
  • Sesame seed and flaxseed: to taste


Aloure the mushrooms rolled in a drizzle of olive oil.

Add the carrots and leeks cut in juliana.

The part, crush well tofu and add to the preceding ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and thyme to taste and cook until the tofu seems to scrambled eggs.

To finish adding a bit of sesame seed and flaxseed.

Serve hot.
