Steaks soy sauce with mushrooms

  • Steaks soy: 4
  • Lemon (juice): 1/2
  • Oregano: The taste
  • Mushroom pleurotus: 200 g
  • Onions: 2
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Carrot: 1
  • Soy sauce: 2 Tablespoons
  • Pulp, tomato: 4 Tablespoons
  • White wine: 2 Tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper: taste.


Start by putting the steaks to soak in a container with water, juice of half a lemon and oregano for about 30 minutes, at least. Make a stir-fried with sliced onion slices and olive oil. Join pulp, tomato and white wine.

Remove the steaks from the water and season with salt, pepper and oregano.

Cut the carrot to the squares and add to the stew. Add a little water.

Add the steaks and the mushrooms, cut to pieces and the soy sauce.

Leave to stew about 20 minutes on medium heat and grind the spices.
