Seitan Satay

  • Seitan: 250 g
  • Satay sauce
  • Peanut butter: 130 g
  • Coconut milk: 125 ml
  • Vegetable broth: 125 ml
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Brown sugar: 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon


Cut the seitan to bits, and let it marinate for a night on the ingredients of the satay sauce.

After that, remove and sauté a drizzle of olive oil, until golden.

Satay Sauce

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and let reduce, stirring often, for 5 to 10 minutes.

Place the seitan within the sauce, or serve with the sauce.
