Seitan and Bulgur

  • Seitan: 200 g
  • Red pepper: 1/2
  • Bulgur: 1 cup
  • Chili pepper without seeds: 1
  • Onion: 1
  • Lima (high): 1
  • Oregano and olive oil: taste.
  • Soy sauce: to taste.
  • Chopped parsley: taste.


Cut the seitan in cubes. Season with a little salt, pepper, oregano and lime juice.


Bake the bulgur by following the instructions on the package.

Cut the onion in half moons and light brown in olive oil. Add the bell pepper cut into small bits and chillies.

Add the seitan and soy sauce to taste (1 to 2 tablespoons) and let it cook for about 10 minutes (if necessary, add a little bit of water).

Add the bulgur already cooked to the prepared earlier and get involved in everything.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
