Pie tofu with vegetables

  • For the mass of Flour: 250 gr
  • Margarine: 100 gr
  • Egg: 2
  • Milk: 1 tablespoon
  • Baker's yeast: 20 gr
  • For the filling Spinach taste.
  • Tofu: 200 gr
  • Milk taste.
  • Egg: 1
  • Breadcrumbs: taste.
  • Nutmeg, pepper or soy sauce: to taste.


Melt the margarine and mix with the flour, eggs and milk with yeast dissolved.

Pan lightly fry in the olive oil, chopped onion, leek, carrot, spinach and soybeans in the prodose desired. When the vegetables are cooked joins the tofu crushed and let it cook a little longer.
