  • Avocados, ripe: 2
  • Onion: 1/2
  • Green pepper: 1/2
  • Tomato: 1
  • Lemon juice: 2 Tablespoons
  • Chopped coriander: 3 Tablespoons
  • Chilli: 1/2
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.

Chop the onion into thin strips and the peppers and the tomatoes into small cubes. Open the peppers in half and remove the seeds. Chop half of it into very thin strips and book the other half for another use.

Crush the pulp of the avocados with a fork. Add the vegetables, chilli, coriander and lime juice.

Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Brush olive oil the first tortilla. Put another up and brush olive oil. Repeat the operation until you have all the tortillas stacked.

With a sharp knife, cut into four and then eight pieces. Spread the triangles on an oven tray lined with parchment paper, without overlap, and put in the oven to 200 C for eight minutes. Will be golden and crispy, perfect to eat with guacamole.
