Grilled tofu with white rice

  • Tofu: 300 g
  • Onion: 1
  • Red pepper: 1
  • Green pepper: 1
  • Tomato: 2
  • Coconut milk: 200 ml
  • Lemon juice or -: 100 ml
  • Olive oil: the taste
  • Coentos minced: taste.
  • Vegetable broth: 2 cubes
  • Salt: the taste


Wash the tofu, cut into squares and drizzle with lemon juice and let reserved for about 1 hour.

In a large pot arrange the tofu, onion, peppers and tomatoes. Sprinkle with coriander.

Crush the cube broth, stir in the coconut milk and pour over the tofu.

Bring to a low heat with the lid closed for about 20 minutes, and stir to mix the ingredients on the tofu, but with careful not to dissolve.

Add the olive oil, add salt, taste it and remove it from the fire. Serve to the table. It can be accompanied by white rice.
