Grated carrot and turnip

  • Turnip: 1
  • Large carrots: 2
  • Onion: 1
  • Parsley, minced 2 Tablespoons
  • Corn flour: 1 Tablespoon
  • Cream soy: 100 ml
  • Salt and pepper: taste.


Cut off the turnip and carrot slices and cook in salted water for about ten minutes.

Remove the vegetables and to reserve the water.

Cut the onion slices and mix with the cooked vegetables and parsley.

In a saucepan, add 300 ml of water and cooking, cream, soy and corn flour. If the flour do groats, undo with the magic wand. Let it cook until it thickens.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add the sauce and mix of vegetables in a pyrex dish and bake at 200 C for 20 minutes. Turn on the grill and leave five more minutes to brown the surface.

Serve as the main dish in a vegetarian meal or as an accompaniment to bruschetta ham.
