  • Onion, cut into halves: 200 g

  • Bay leaf, dry or fresh: 1
  • Green pepper, cut in strips: 70 g
  • Pepper red, cut into strips: 70 g
  • Water: 380 g
  • Mass elbow small: 150 g
  • Cooked chickpeas, drained: 500 g
