  • Celery or parsley (or both): 1 branch
  • Green beans (wire and cut in half): 100 g
  • Medium potatoes: 6
  • Carrots medium-sized: 2
  • Cabbage cabbage: 1
  • Red pepper: 1
  • Garlic: 5 teeth
  • Onion: 1
  • Oregano: taste.
  • Curry: taste.
  • Coconut milk: 1 tin
  • Desiccated coconut: taste.


Cook in olive oil with onions and join later, bell pepper, oregano and garlic very finely chopped. To book.

Cut all the vegetables into pieces and stir-fry in the prepared earlier, without leave to cook too much.

Then, add the coconut milk, grated coconut and curry powder to taste. Let ascertain in the heat to a minimum.
