  • Rice and Gomásio:
  • Curried Lentils
  • Onions: 2
  • Mushrooms Shitaké dry: 1/4 packaging
  • Alga Aramé: 1 cup
  • Garlic: 4 teeth
  • Curry: taste.
  • Ginger in the root: taste.
  • Soy sauce: to taste.
  • Cardamom: taste.
  • Saffron from the Indies: taste.
  • Thyme: taste.
  • Chili: taste.
  • Olive oil: the taste


Brown Rice

1 - Wash the rice

2 - For a measure of rice, add 3 water

3 - Place by the fire, at the most, always lid closed

4 - When boil, allow at least for 50 minutes

5 - turn off, not uncap logo, and put in another surface

6 - Serve with Gomásio (toasted sesame and salt).

Curried Lentils

1 - Put the Mushrooms Shitaké and the Algae Aramé the soaking

2 - Cook the lentils with Algae Aramé and Mushrooms Shitaké (parties, without foot) for 10 minutes in the water

3 - A serta put olive oil, garlic minced, the onion into half-moons

4 - Add the Bay leaf and the lentils with the Mushrooms and Seaweed Aramé

5 - Put the Curry powder, Ginger, Cardamom, Saffron Indias, Thyme, Piri-Piri and Soy Sauce

5 - Leave for 10 minutes

5 - Add the Cream, Oatmeal, and let cook for another 5 minutes, involving well.

Nituké Vegetable

1 - place in A pan of Sesame Oil

2 - Place the Onion into half-moons

3 - Season with salt

4 - Add the Carrot and Cabbage.

5 - Reduce to the minimum

6 - Let it cook a few minutes with the lid.
