  • Olive oil:
  • Onion: 1
  • Teeth garlic: 2/3
  • Peas:
  • Peeled tomatoes:
  • Mushrooms-rolled:
  • Carrot: 1
  • Bechamel sauce:
  • Grated cheese (optional):


In a pan to put the olive oil, onion slices and garlic. Then join the peas, a little bit of peeled tomatoes, mushrooms and carrots.

Leaves a little to the heat.

Joins the bechamel sauce and spices to taste.

Put everything in a pyrex dish and sprinkles with grated cheese and bake it in the oven to toast a little.
