  • Put tuna: 4 200 g each
  • Caper: 1
  • Lemon: 1
  • Branch of salsa: 1
  • Vinegar: taste.
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Thoroughly wash the fish, enxugá it and extend it on 4 sheets of paper, aluminum greased with oil.
