Tuna with bacon and potatoes

  • Tuna (fresh or frozen): 4 Slices
  • Salsa: taste.
  • Pine nuts: 80 g
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Bacon: 4 Slices
  • Potatoes: 8
  • Cream: 4 Tablespoons


Chop the pine nuts and parsley and mix. Barre with this mixture on the slices of tuna. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and light tuna brown, a minute on each side.

Wrap each set of tuna in a slice of bacon. Throw on top of each put a spoon of cream and bake in the oven until well cooked. The part, bake the potatoes cut into thick slices. Aloure-the slightly in the same frying pan where dourou the tuna.

Place the tuna and potatoes in the dish and serve.
