Ingredients

  • Tuna steak: 750 gr
  • Onion: 1
  • Tomato: 2
  • Pea: 100 gr
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Almond naked: 1 tablespoon)
  • Flour: 1 tablespoon)
  • Juice lemon: 1/2
  • Laurel: 1 sheet
  • Saffron: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.

Directions

Temper-if the tuna steaks with salt, pepper, lemon juice and fry in olive oil. In another container is a stew with onions and a little olive oil and join the peas and the bay leaf. After a while, add the tomatoes, peeled and chopped, and flour. Add a little water and leave to cook on a gentle heat. Sting-if the almonds and the garlic mixed with a pinch of saffron, putting it all together to the stew. You can decorate yourself with the halves of a hard-boiled egg.
