  • Ripe tomatoes: 2
  • Tuna: 2 Lata
  • Olive oil: 1 dl
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 2
  • Shoestring potatoes: 1 Package
  • Eggs: 6
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Chopped parsley: taste.
  • Olives: taste.


Taken from the foot to the tomatoes, escaldam and pelam, cutting them into pieces. Open the cans of tuna, drips oil. Dispose of the tuna with a fork.

In a pan, it takes to heat the olive oil with onion and the garlic cloves, chopped, and moves until they begin to brown. Seal-if, then, the tomato pieces and stir over heat until they begin to fade.
