Tuna steaks of cebolada

  • Fresh tuna: 800 gr
  • Garlic: 5 teeth
  • Onion: 2
  • Olive oil: 5 tablespoons
  • Vinegar: 4 tablespoons
  • Laurel: 2 sheets
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Buy 4 steak fillet of tuna, whose thickness is not less than 2 cm. Make a marinade with vinegar, garlic flakes, bay leaf, salt, pepper, and enter the steaks on this for an hour. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil where to pass the steaks. Then put it in a dish. In the oil that is left of the frying pan and spread the slices of onion and as soon as this is translucent put the steaks and the marinade. Cover and leave to stew for about 3 minutes.
