Ingredients

  • Breads as well dried: 4
  • Tuna: 2 cans
  • Eggs: 4
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Garlic: 1 teaspoon
  • Thyme: 1 teaspoon
  • Óregãos: 1 teaspoon
  • Peppermint: 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper: the taste

Directions

Start by boiling 3 cups average water with a little salt. Let cool a little. Cut to small pieces of bread and with the hands knead until the bread to be broken. Chop the garlic and stir in all the remaining spices and olive oil to the tuna. Add the beaten eggs. Bring to a simmer always moving to bake a little eggs. Pour in a pyrex dish and bake at hard grating.
