Ingredients

  • Flour: 250 g
  • Milk: 250 ml
  • Oil: 75 ml
  • Eggs: 2
  • Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Salt fine: 1 coffee spoon
  • Cream cheese: 100 g
  • In canned tuna in water: 2 cans (120g each tin)

Directions

In The Thermomix

Drain the tuna and join with the remaining ingredients in a glass of the Thermomix and mix 30s in Speed 4.

Distribute the mass for 12 forms of muffins, properly lubricated or lined with forms of paper, as you prefer.

Bake in the oven pre-heated to 180 degrees for about 40m and serve hot or cold.

The Conventional Method

Drain the tuna, shred it with a fork and mix with remaining ingredients in a bowl until you get a net mass but well-connected.

Distribute the mass for 12 forms of muffins, properly lubricated or lined with forms of paper, as you prefer.

Bake in the oven pre-heated to 180 degrees for about 40m and serve hot or cold.
