Stew of Fresh Tuna with potatoes

  • Olive oil: 50 g
  • Green pepper, cut into pieces: 100 g
  • Onions: 150 g
  • Tomato tin in pieces: 100 g
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Paprika or folder chili: 2 teaspoons
  • Potatoes, peeled and cut into four: 800 g
  • Water: 400 g
  • Salt: taste.
  • Fresh tuna, cut into cubes: 300 g
  • Salsa, only the sheets: 6 feet


Place in the cup of the olive oil, bell pepper, onion, tomato and garlic, chop 4seg/vel4 and saute 7min/Varoma/vel1. Add the paprika and involves 5sec/vel3.

Enter the butterfly. Add the potatoes and program 2min/around 100/scoop/reverse velespiga. Add water and salt and schedule 20 min/Varoma/scoop/reverse velespiga. Check if the potatoes are cooked. If you are not extend the time for cooking for another 5 minutes. Add the fresh tuna and schedule 3min/100 C/scoop/reverse velespiga. Add the chopped parsley and get involved.

Correct the salt and let stand 5 minutes in the glass before serving. Total time: 40 minutes preparation Time: 5 minutes Time Thermomix: 32 min
