Rice tuna

  • Rice needle: The taste
  • Bacon cut into cubes: taste.
  • Olive oil: A wire
  • Tuna natural: 4 Cans
  • Red pepper cut into strips: 1/2
  • Onion minced 1/2
  • Garlic: 1
  • Mushrooms-rolled: 1
  • Pulp, tomato: 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt, oregano: taste.


Water the bottom of a pan with a little olive oil and heat. Place the onion, garlic and bacon and let brown. Add the green pepper and mushrooms, and let cook about 2 or 3 minutes. Add enough water to cook the rice (which should be raised), and leave it comes to the boil. When the water is boiling, add the rice, add a tablespoon of tomato pulp, season with salt and oregano and cook. When the rice is almost at the point add the tuna, drained and mix. Let you finish cooking the rice and serve.
