Pastel Crispy Tuna and Surimi

Ingredients

  • Tuna: 360 g
  • Surimi: 125 g
  • Onion: 1 unit
  • Salsa: 1 sauce
  • Water with Gas: 33 cl

Directions

1. In a bowl place the tuna, the surimi, the onion, and parsley and mix everything.

2. Beat eggs slightly, and engage with the prepared earlier.

3. Add water with gas and spices.

4. Work with the flour so that it is a mass more or less thick.

5. Fry in hot oil and place on absorbent paper. Serve hot or cold.
