Mini burgers grilled tuna with sauteed vegetables and fresh mozarella

Ingredients

  • Potatoes, large: 1
  • Tuna in olive oil: 1 Tin
  • Leeks (white part): 1
  • Herbs (basil, parsley, chives): The taste
  • Carrot, large: 1
  • White cabbage, small: 1
  • Mozarella fresh: 1
  • Olive oil and salt: taste.

Directions

Cut the potatoes to the small square and bake. Crush-well, and join the tuna, 1/3 of the French garlic finely diced and parsley and chives, chopped. Stir everything and hands to form small balls and espalme as burgers. Use the egg to bind the ingredients. Place on grill and let grilling well on both sides.

Cut the potatoes into thin strips, and the remaining French garlic and cabbage in juliana. Take the stir-fry with a little olive oil and salt. Finally, cutting the mozarella cool and sprinkle with basil and olive oil.
