Fresh tuna in the frying pan

  • Fresh tuna: 2 steaks
  • Garlic: 4 teeth
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons (soup)
  • Vinegar: 1 scoop (tea)
  • Laurel: 2 sheets
  • Salsa: taste.
  • Oregano, and salt: taste.


The slices of fresh tuna marinate for two hours in a sauce made with vinegar, olive oil, bay leaf, parsley, the oregano, and salt. In a nonstick pan pour a little olive oil and let it warm up. Fry the tuna steaks. In another frying pan, pour the sauce that was served to marinate steaks and take it to a boil to thicken. Coa-if the sauce and pour over the steaks already fried. You can accompany with mashed potatoes or baked potato and decorate with a folhinhas salsa and some cherry tomatoes.
