Fillet of Tuna On Salted Mushrooms, Artichokes, Cherry Tomato, Broccoli and Roasted Almonds

Ingredients

  • Tuna (and cool): 700 g
  • Mushrooms: 240 g
  • Artichokes: 120 g
  • Cherry tomato: 80 g
  • Broccoli: 120 g
  • Roasted almonds: taste.
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.

Directions

Arrange the tuna as a chunk of steak. Cut the mushrooms in the bedrooms and the artichokes and the cherry tomato in half. Put a little olive oil in a frying pan and leave to warm up as well. Blush tuna, such as a steak, without leaving burn.

Remove the tuna out of the frying pan, season with salt and pepper and put in the oven to 180 degrees, about 3 minutes.
