  • Tuna fish: 200 g
  • Flour: 200 g
  • Olives: 100 g
  • Grated cheese: 100 g
  • Eggs: 3
  • Yoghurt: 2 dl
  • Olive oil: 2 dl
  • Salsa: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Pre-heat the oven to 180 and grease a form of pudding. Take the stone to the olives, cut into pieces and mix with the tuna and cheese. Put the flour and the yeast into a bowl and mix with the eggs. Add the olive oil, yoghurt and cheese, grated, and season with salt and pepper. Add the mixture to the previous and parsley, then pour in the form and take it to the oven for about 45 minutes approximately.
