Cabbage gratin with tuna

  • For the dough
  • cabbage bitten: 1
  • onions: 2
  • garlic: 2 teeth
  • wheat flour: 1 cup and a half
  • Olive oil: 0,5 dl
  • grated cheese: 3 tablespoons
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Nutmeg: taste.
  • Salsa: taste.
  • For the filling
  • tuna: 1 tin
  • garlic: 2 tooth


Peel the onions and the garlic. Chop the onions and the garlic to the pan and heat with oil and leave brown the onion. Add the cabbage well washed and well drained and let it cook until the cabbage is tender. Remove from the heat and let cool a little, and then add the flour, egg, parsley, grated cheese and spices and stir very well. Book.


Peel the onions and the garlic and chop it all. Take the onions and the garlic on the stove in a pan with olive oil and let the onions brown. Add the tomatoes and let it cook a little. Join the tuna, the sausage, chopped parsley and the rest of the spices and let a little more heat. In a pyrex make a layer with the cabbage pour the filling over the top, and finally the remaining cabbage. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 for 35 minutes.
