Burgers tuna

  • Tuna natural: 3 cans
  • Garlic large French (only the white part): 1
  • Breadcrumbs without lactose: 80 g
  • Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
  • Pulp, tomato: 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Olive oil: taste.


Chop the leeks thin and refogá it in a tablespoon of olive oil over low heat, spicing it up with pepper. However, upon the tuna in a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, the mayonnaise, the pulp, tomato and mustard. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Add the leeks and mix well with your hands. Make small burgers, arrange them on a plate and place in the fridge for an hour. After this time, dourá them in a little olive oil. It might also make burgers larger size and serve bread, olives green, accompanied with tomato slices.
