Black-eyed peas with tuna

  • Black-eyed peas: 1 large Tin
  • Tuna steaks: 2 large Jar
  • Onion: 1

  • Pepper red: 1
  • Olive oil: 4 Tbsp
  • Vinegar: 1 Tablespoon
  • Eggs (boiled): 2
  • Parsley, minced 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
