Squid with wine

  • Lula: 1 kg
  • Onion: 3
  • Tomato: 2
  • Red wine: 1 cup
  • Olive oil: to taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Salsa: to taste


Arrange the squid and cut into slices. Take the heat with a little olive oil, chopped onions and let it brown. Joins the tomatoes, peeled and in rooms, squid, red wine and a little water. Season with salt and pepper, and leave to boil.

Withdraw the squid and liquefies the sauce. Place the squid on a serving platter and irrigated with the sauce. Sprinkles with chopped parsley.
