  • Pepper: 4 grain
  • White wine: 1 dl
  • Laurel: 1 sheet
  • Garlic: 3 teeth
  • Olive oil: 1 dl

Wash and clean the squid, without breaking the bags. A season of salt and pepper. Place in a pan with the olive oil, garlic crushed with the skin, the bay leaf and peppercorns.
