Squid with fried potatoes and cream

  • Rings of squid: 1 kg
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: taste.
  • Beer: 1/2
  • Potatoes peeled sticks to fine: taste.
  • Cream: 2 boxes
  • Tomatada: taste.
  • Paprika: taste.
  • Malagueta to taste.
  • Salt: taste.


Fry the potatoes that should be cut a thin sticks. Cut the squid to use interface. In a pan pan lightly fry the onion and garlic in oil or lard, joins the tomatada, the paprika and chili pepper. When the onions begin to turn golden, joins the squid, beer and potatoes.

Let it cook a little (can not be a long time but the squid are stiff). Finally joins the cream. Put in a dish and bake it in the oven the hard grating.
