  • Squid: 1 kg
  • Tomatoes: 3 large
  • Garlic: 2
  • Onions: 3
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons (soup)
  • Butter: 3 tablespoons (soup)
  • Flour: 1 tablespoon
  • White wine: to taste.
  • Milk taste.
  • Black pepper: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • curry powder


Prepares the squid, cleaning and cutting the tentacles into small pieces. The body of the squid should be integer. Cock-if the onions and the garlic, refogando them with a spoon of olive oil and butter. When the onion brown joins the squid, and leave to cook, pouring a little white wine.
