Squid sautéed with vegetables and mass

  • Coriander: taste.
  • Olive oil: 1 dl
  • mass tricolor: 1 package
  • garlic: 2 teeth
  • canned peeled tomatoes: 1
  • can sliced mushrooms: 1
  • Green beans cut into small bits: 200 g
  • carrots cut into cubes: 1
  • French garlic cut into slices: 1
  • Squid cut: 750 g
  • Salt: taste.


Bake the dough in the required amount ( - 200 g) in water with salt. Place the olive oil in a large frying pan anti-stick coating, garlic and tomatoes and let it cook a little ( - 1 minute).

Place the leeks, carrots, green beans, and the squid and cook about 5 minutes, salteando the ingredients with a fork of wood. Add the mushrooms and cook 5 minutes more.

Drain the pasta and put it in the frying pan salteando with the ingredients already cooked and sauté everything for 30 seconds. Serve in a saucepan of clay and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
