  • Lula: 1 kg
  • Brandy: 1 cup
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Cream: 1 package
  • Mushroom: 1 tin


Saute the onion and the garlic cloves. Then join the squid clean and the brandy and stir. Let it cook on a fire brando.Depois cooked, add the cream and mushrooms rolled.

Serve hot and accompanied with fried potatoes or white rice and a good wine.
