Rice of squid

  • Lula: 500 gr
  • Onion: 1
  • Tomato: 2
  • Peppers: 1
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Rice: 2 cups
  • Water: 4 cups
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Cilantro: taste.


It takes a little bit of olive oil on the stove with the chopped onion, tomatoes, peeled and to bits and the peppers into strips. Joins the water, season with salt and pepper and join the squid, cleaned and cut into pieces.

When squid are cooked, add the rice, cover and leave to cook. Sprinkles with chopped coriander.
