  • Squid clean: 800 g
  • Onion: 1
  • Carrot: 1
  • Garlic: 2
  • Tomatoes: 2
  • Sausage meat: 1
  • Piece of bacon: 1
  • Frozen vegetables to gardener (peas, carrots, potatoes, green beans).: 800 g
  • Olive oil: 50 ml
  • White wine: 100 ml
  • Coriander sauce: 1/2
  • cumin powder: 2 coffee Spoons
  • Salt and pepper to taste:


Wash your squid, and cut the bags, put them wide. Book. Chop coriander for your dates and book. Finely chop the onion, garlic and carrot during 10s on the Speed 5. Add the tomatoes and grind more 15s in Speed 7.

Add half of coriander, sausage and bacon cut into pieces, and the olive oil. Let cook for 10m in Speed 1 and Temperature 100th.

At the end of the time join the squid, season with a little salt and pepper and cumin and cook for 15 minutes at the Speed Spoon and Reverse Temperature 100th. Then add the vegetables to suit and white wine. Schedule more 15m at the same temperature and speed.

Confirm that the vegetables were well tender (if necessary, you can cook a few more minutes at the same temperature and speed, but be careful not to undo the potato!), correct the seasoning and sprinkle with the remaining chopped coriander.
