Grilled squid to the Algarve

  • Lula: 1 kg
  • Olive oil: 1 dl
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Lemon: 1
  • Garlic: 3 teeth
  • Cilantro: 1 branch


Clean the squid and season them with salt and pepper. Grelham, preferably in the coal. It takes the olive oil on the stove with the minced garlic and join the squid already grilled.

Season with lemon juice and sprinkles with chopped coriander. Goes well with boiled potatoes.
