  • Dried fruits (raisins, apricots, plums, etc.): 500 g
  • Dry white wine: 7,5 dl
  • Brandy: 1 dl
  • Water: 0,5 dl
  • Sugar: 200 g


In a large jar, pour the fruit cut into pieces. Mix the wine with the spirit and pour on the fruit. Stir, cover and set aside. Melt the sugar in the water boiled. Remove and let cool. Add to the bottle. Turn it on, cover and store the bottle in a cool, dark, during a month, stirring from time to time. After this time, remove the fruit, which can be used for desserts. Strain the liquor to several bottles.
