Liqueur with egg

  • Sugar: 500 gr
  • Fresh egg: 6
  • Wine of the dry Port: 100 gr
  • Pure alcohol: 100 gr
  • Fat milk or half fat: ½ liter
  • Lemon: 1
  • Sugar baunilhado: to taste


Beat vigorously the egg yolks with 300 gr sugar and vanilla until they are whitish and have increased volume. The part, boil the milk with the rest of sugar and the lemon peel. Let it cool, and take the lemon peel. Then, join very slowly milk sugar to the beaten egg yolks. Gradually add the alcohol and the Port wine, stirring gently. The Coe on a napkin to take out any lumps. Pour in a bottle and cover.
