Sweet soup of chestnuts

  • Nuts: 0.5 kg
  • Salt: taste.
  • Sugar: 150 g
  • Lemon (bark): 1
  • Cinnamon: 1 Dick
  • Honey: 1 Tablespoon
  • Fennel
  • Milk: 1/2 l


Take a hit in the nuts and take them on the stove to boil in water seasoned with a little salt and fennel. When the nuts are cooked, drain and remove the skin to them.

In a large pot bring it to cook with milk and boil for 10 minutes. To join, then, the sugar, the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick.

Bring to the boil 10 more minutes. Then add the honey and boil for 20 minutes. The fire should be medium.

Once ready, place the prepared in bowls and serve cold.
