Soup two beans

  • Butter bean: 1 small Tin
  • Green beans: 125 g
  • Mass of the elbow: 125 g
  • Carrots: 2
  • Potatoes: 2
  • Onion: 1
  • Olive oil: 3 Tbsp
  • Salt: taste.


Peel the onion and chop it roughly. Peel the potatoes, carrot and cut everything into cubes. Clean the green beans and cut it into small pieces.

Heat a pan with the olive oil, allow it to warm up add the onion, stir and leave to cook until the onion pop.

Add the potato, carrot and 1.5 l of boiling water simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the beans with the sauce, the mass and the green beans, season with salt, stir and cook for 15 minutes.
