Ingredients

  • Vegetable broth or chicken: 1
  • Orange juice: 1 cup
  • Salt: 1 scoop
  • Onion: 1 large
  • Potato: 1,5 kg
  • Carrot: 1 kg
  • fresh coriander
  • peppers: 1 scoop

Directions

Make a stir fry in butter with a little olive oil and 0.5 litres of water. Joins the carrot, garlic and potatoes, and let it cook for 20 minutes. Passes-if the wand, and joins the parsley, coriander, broth, salt and pepper. Let it cook a little more and, finally, add the orange juice.
