  • Olive oil: 1 dl

  • Garlic: 3 teeth
  • Tomato: 300 gr
  • branch le (mint, parsley, coriander): 1
  • Water: 2 lt
  • Pepper-green: 1
  • Laurel: 1 sheet
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: taste.


Bake the fish in the water seasoned with salt.
