  • Mint: 1 branch
  • Chicken broth: 1 cube
  • Salsa: 1 branch
  • Clove: 3
  • Onion: 1
  • Water: 2,5 lt
  • Chicken or chicken: 1/2
  • Cuscus: 80 gr
  • Mint: taste the branches


Place the chicken (or chicken) in a saucepan with the water, the onion studded with the cravinhos, salsa and a little salt. Take bake for 1 hour. Remove the chicken, parsley, onion, and the foam dark and light broth on the stove. Join the cube of chicken broth (use), the branch of the mint, and as soon as it comes to the boil, cuscus. Cook. However shred the meat of chicken and insert it into the soup. Remove the branch of mint and serve the soup with sprigs of fresh mint.
