  • Onion: 1
  • Turnip: 1
  • Courgete: 4
  • Carrot: 4 large
  • Broccoli: 1 branch
  • chilli powder: taste.
  • Chicken broth: 6 cups
  • Salt: taste.
  • Black pepper grain: taste.


Peel and cut the onions. Shave-if the carrots and peel the turnip. Cut everything into pieces. Skin-if the courgettes and cut into slices. Take the edge off the broccoli, separating in the branches. Bypasses the onion dry on a low heat, without stopping stirring with a wooden spoon. Add the chili and stir for 1 minute. Add the chicken broth and let it bring to the boil. Add the vegetables prepared and kitchen on for 20 minutes. Reduce the cooking potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
