Soup of courgette and ham

  • Olive oil: 1 Tablespoon
  • Onion minced 1/4
  • Garlic: 1
  • Onions: 3
  • Ham: 3 Slices
  • Coriander powder: A pinch
  • Coriander, fresh taste.
  • Courgette of the great zest: 1
  • Vegetable broth: 2 Cups
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • homemade bread, roasted: 2 Slices


In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil, add the onion, the garlic, the cebolinhos, ham, coriander powder and let stir-fry until the onion is translucent. Add the courgette, coriander and cook for two minutes without leaving grab. Add the vegetable stock and, if you find that it is not enough, join the rest in water. Season with salt and pepper (be careful to prove it first, because the ham is a little bit salty). Cook for five minutes, and accompany it with a toast.
