Soup of Clams

  • Salt: taste.
  • Pulp, tomato: 150 gr
  • White wine: 1 cup
  • Lemon: 1
  • Clams: 250 gr
  • Fish broth: 1 lt
  • Tomato: 1
  • Minced garlic: 5
  • Grated onions: 2
  • Basil: taste.
  • chili
  • olive oil: taste.
  • pepper: taste.


Put the olive oil in a frying pan to cook the onion. Chop the cloves of garlic, tomatoes and put them to cook. Add a little tomato pulp. Add the broth (it has to be hot) and the clams. Season with a little salt, pepper, and cook the clams covered. Put a bit of wine, broth, fish and hold back the fish.

Covering two or three minutes and then put a little bit of lemon juice. Chop basil and mess everything... if you like you can put a little spicy or chilli.
