Soup in the fashion of Pavia in the oven

  • White bread: 2 slices
  • Broth: 2 ½ dl
  • Egg: 1
  • Butter and pepper: taste.
  • Grated parmesan cheese: taste.


Bus with butter the bread slices, flour-with the parmesan and fry lightly in a frying pan with butter. Opens the egg in a bowl of soup pyrex, containing the broth. Sprinkles-with a little ground pepper at the time and put in the oven, until the egg clot. Remove and serve the broth with egg accompanied by sliced and grated parmesan cheese, submitted to the part.
