Soup fast mushrooms

  • Mushroom: 200 gr (fresh)
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Soup instant soup of mushrooms: 1 package
  • Water: 1 cup
  • Skimmed milk: 1 cup
  • Parsley, minced 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper grain: taste.


Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Peel and chop the garlic. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Saute the mushrooms and garlic in the butter. Mix the prepared soup with water. Throw in saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the milk. Bring to the boil again. Reduce the heat and cook gently for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve garnished with the chopped parsley and black pepper freshly grind.
